Nurturing Change – Health, Fitness and Wellness

At thrive we recognise that losing weight, getting fitter and feeling good can be a perilous journey. You start, you stop, you give up until the next time and then do it all again.

Our aim is to help you achieve sustainable health gains through an inclusive package of:

  • Weight Management and Wellness Workshops
  • Group Exercise Classes
  • Mental Health First Aid
  • 1:1 Health Coaching (available from January 2022)

Each class starts with a weigh in, followed by a toolbox talk to enable you to look after yourself well.*

We then get moving! Our group exercise classes are designed for those starting out on their fitness journey. We understand that it takes a lot of courage to take those first steps and we’re there to support you.*

  • Please note, you can book separately for the exercise class  and weigh-in /toolbox talk if you do not wish to attend both.
